2. Products & Orders - All products are handcrafted or 3D-printed items. Due to the handmade nature of our goods, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment - All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping - Orders are processed within 10 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. M&C Craft Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds - Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, contact us at mnccraftstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

6. Intellectual Property - All content on this Site including product designs, photos, graphics, and text is the property of M&C Craft Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

15. Promotions & Discount Codes - From time to time, M&C Craft Studio may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers. Promotions are valid only for the period specified and may be withdrawn at any time. M&C Craft Studio reserves the right to cancel orders where a discount code was used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

16. Custom & Commission Orders - If M&C Craft Studio accepts a custom or commission order, a non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins. Custom orders are made to your specifications and are not eligible for return or refund once production has started, except in the case of a defect or error on our part. Any design approvals provided by the customer during the production process are considered final.

17. Digital Products - If M&C Craft Studio offers digital files for download (such as STL files or design files), all sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be issued once a file has been downloaded or accessed. Digital files are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

18. Returns & Refunds (Expanded) - M&C Craft Studio takes pride in the quality of every item we make. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at mnccraftstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible returns must meet the following conditions: the item must be unused and in its original condition, and the return must be pre-approved by M&C Craft Studio before shipping back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to issue store credit in lieu of a cash refund at our discretion. Custom orders, digital products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

19. Force Majeure - M&C Craft Studio shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill an order resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, supply shortages, power outages, carrier disruptions, or any other event outside our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to fulfill your order when circumstances allow, or offer a full refund if fulfillment is no longer possible.

20. Third-Party Links - This Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience or reference. M&C Craft Studio does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Visiting external links is at your own risk.

21. Dispute Resolution - In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, you agree to first contact us at mnccraftstudio@gmail.com to attempt an informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, both parties agree that any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit in connection with any such dispute.

22. Severability - If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
